Continue to use instructors that have a wide knowledge of the course just like Helen. I intend to attend more of your trainings in the future – those that you have an expert in the subject matter. Cause when you make a positive impact, people would want to come back.

I suggest adding role-play in the course where the attendees can see real-case scenario on how people – in a managerial and employee role – act in different situations.
